This is Oscar, (Alfheim's Car Talk)  He went up to Canada to live with the Dickson Family, especially their daughter Emilie who was instrumental in bringing an Italian Greyhound into their family.

Oh, and in the too cute for words department, his kitty friend is named Felix!
